At Signature Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we will work with you to resolve the issue in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund (if approved). Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the funds.
If you need a different size or replacement item, please contact us at info@signaturegolf.com.au. If the item is in stock, we will arrange an exchange once we receive your returned product.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
For change-of-mind returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
- Used or worn products
Follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:
Contact Us: Email info@signaturegolf.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Package Your Item: Place the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Ship the Item: Send the package to the return address we provide in our reply email.
For faulty/incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for postage costs.
Confirmation: We will email you once your return is received and processed.
